How it works: 

We'll start with an interview and a virtual tour. I'll be asking lots of questions and taking lots of notes. You'll have some homework too - taking measurements and pictures. I'll come up with a step-by-step plan for each room and will deliver that plan electronically. Each plan will include a mood board with any items I suggest purchasing for the staging. Then, before it's time to take pictures, I'll come back for another virtual tour to make sure everything is just right.
